Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as it may be needed for a delivery claim.

Product Care

Stained glass items should be cleaned gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners or pressure on soldered areas.
